Contact SOS Médecins, by phone or ask for a medical intervention at home via our application.

Firstly, Medical Regulation Assistants will identify your needs and the urgency degree of your situation with the help of precise medical questions. Secondly, they direct you to our regulating doctors for a more in-depth interview.

WHAT SHOULD I DO BEFORE I CALL SOS MÉDECINS?

 

In order to make a health data collection and the work of our emergency physicians as easy as possible, please, prepare the following information:

01 - Telephone number

To improve technical reliability, our SOS Médecins Call Centre may ask you for a landline number where they can call you back, even if you are calling from a mobile phone.

02 - Patient's name
03 - Exact address for house call

Even including intercom, access code, building, floor, number of door, or any other information if applicable.

04 - Reason for call and patient's age
05 - Your possible unavailabilities

It is imperative that you stay in your home while waiting for the doctor to arrive.

Thanks to our SOS Médecins Call Centre and our online appointment scheduling tool, our teams strive to give you the most reliable information possible. The waiting time given to you is an estimated maximum waiting time. This may vary depending on the number of requests and traffic.

I PREPARE MY DOCUMENTS

Prescriptions, usual treatments, health records for children or any other medical document useful to the emergency doctor.

Please note: your pets may be disturbed by the unknown doctor intervention. Please keep them way, to avoid any problem.
