SOS Médecins teleconsultation is sector 1 approved and is covered by Social Security and reimbursed 100%. Online booking is available 24/7, and our doctors are available to assist you every day from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.

Warning : If you are contacting us for an emergency, if you think your request should be handled as a priority, or if you cannot find your symptoms in the list provided, do not use our application but contact SOS Médecins directly by telephone.

TELECONSULTATION: How does it work?

For consultations, SOS Médecins handles unscheduled care and in addition to your primary care physician. With this in mind, appointments can only be made for the next twelve hours.

Minor patients cannot be consulted alone; the presence of an adult is mandatory.

Each request for a visit or consultation is validated by the SOS Médecins medical call and regulation center.

Upon your request, the operator will verify your contact information and the reason for your medical request. If in doubt, you may be contacted by telephone for further clarification.

Make sure you can be reached on the phone number you provided.

If your request is validated, you will receive:

  • a first confirmation email or notification that your request has been processed by the call center,
  • a 2nd confirmation email or notification when the visit is sent to the practitioner.

If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check your junk or spam folder.
