Firstly, Medical Regulation Assistants will identify your needs and the urgency degree of your situation with the help of precise medical questions. Secondly, they direct you to our regulating doctors for a more in-depth interview.

In order to make a health data collection and the work of our emergency physicians as easy as possible, please, prepare the following information:

To improve technical reliability, our SOS Médecins Call Centre may ask you for a landline number where they can call you back, even if you are calling from a mobile phone.

Thanks to our SOS Médecins Call Centre and our online appointment scheduling tool, our teams strive to give you the most reliable information possible. The waiting time given to you is an estimated maximum waiting time. This may vary depending on the number of requests and traffic.
